A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. Oral cancellations cannot derive any rights. The day the letter, fax, or email is received is considered the final cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the latest confirmation of the group, event, or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client from the contract.
