Conferences & Events

A cancellation must be submitted to us in writing and dated. Verbal cancellations cannot give rise to any rights. The day of receipt of the letter, fax, or email is considered the final cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the latest confirmation of the group, event, or conference, serves as the basis for the amount owed by the client from the contract.
