Our Martinus restaurant can be described as German crossover cuisine with international influences. We serve a variety of classic dishes with a modern twist as well as new compositions using regional and seasonal ingredients.

A delicious and nutritious breakfast is the best way to start your day. Our morning buffet provides enough variety and will leave nothing to wish for.

From June to September, the Van der Valk Golfhotel Serrahn invites you to a convivial barbecue buffet every Thursday. You can look forward to a wide range of grilled meat and fish specialties, as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

In addition to our menu, our restaurant “Martinus” offers you its own seasonal chanterelle menu. We use our proximity to nature to inspire you with notes from the forest. The focus this season is on chanterelles, which perfectly reflect our surroundings. Let our kitchen team tempt you with culinary delights.
